How long will my family have to suffer?  Our trucks carry most of the normal everyday parts most systems use.  We stock thousands of dollars worth of parts so we have the materials to repair 95% of the units we work on that trip.  Why call a company that wasn’t smart enough to stock the parts you need.  Just to pay them more travel time to get the parts they should have had in the first place.  Of course no one can always have every part that you need, so on the rare occasion that we do not have the part you need.  We never charge you additional time to go and get it.
